Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. The document(s) to be notarized must also be complete and ready to sign.
What forms of ID are acceptable?
Any unexpired government-issued photo ID such as:
State-issued driver’s license or ID
U.S. passport
Military ID
Permanent resident card

Yes! I offer mobile notary services across the DFW area and can meet you at your home, office, hospital, or other convenient location.
